Watch Rupert Verco, CEO of Cobra Resources, outline the company’s strategic approach to commercialising their rare earth projects.

Cobra is currently undertaking an extensive metallurgical process, with a strong focus on de-risking the in-situ recovery (ISR) process and developing the most cost-effective flow sheet possible. The aim of this is to produce a mixed rare earth carbonate, which will then enable discussions with future off-takers for binding commitments. This approach allows Cobra to build confidence in the project, progressing through studies to commercialise the asset.

Rupert shares how Cobra's approach sets them apart from others in the industry: they’re tackling key de-risking steps before defining a resource, a strategy that optimises project economics.

Highlighted are the crucial steps in the journey toward commercialisation:

Tune in for a detailed look at how Cobra is carefully navigating these stages to position itself for success in the rare earths sector, and make sure to submit any questions you may have via the hub.
